About This Project
Katana Teppanyaki & Sushi hired Tori Allen PR to manage the restaurant opening campaign and continued efforts post-opening, including public relations, marketing and social media. The restaurant is a new concept from the same team behind One Sushi +.

- Conceptualized and executed happy hour campaign and new menu rollout
