Gobble Gobble – Where to Gobble Turkey on Thanksgiving

21 Nov Gobble Gobble – Where to Gobble Turkey on Thanksgiving

If you’re stuck in town for the holidays, or really looking to avoid the political rants at the dinner table, there are plenty of Atlanta restaurants and bars that are open and serving for your pleasure!

Get some grub…

Cowtippers will be open and serving a delicious multi-course dinner including turkey and all the sides.

If you need a great patio in Midtown while scarfing down your turkey, look no further than Joe’s on Juniper, slinging turkey and sides and great martinis.

What’s Thanksgiving without some football? Head over to any Hudson Grille location for a great Thanksgiving feast plus of course sports all day long.

Get some drinks…

Enjoy some drinks and late-night adventures throughout the Highlands including Dark Horse Tavern and Moe’s and Joe’s, both open with closed kitchens but drinks all the same. Heading to Grant Park? Republic Social House will open at 5pm slinging drinks but no food.

Diesel Filling Station will be open but it’s a BYOF situation as the restaurant offers a hearty potluck for all its regulars, so bring your favorite dish to share.

Not in the mood to eat OR drink?

Head to Einstein’s – they’re in need of volunteers for its annual give back where they create, package and distribute hot Thanksgiving meals for those in need on the streets on Atlanta.
